If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in a constant state of pushing through, you’re not alone.

This is a space where we can slow down together, notice what’s showing up, and begin from there.

Through nervous system regulation support, embodiment-based practices, grounded conversation, and holistic approaches, I support you in reconnecting with yourself at your own pace.

I support individuals who are looking for a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and better understand what their body and nervous system may be holding beneath the surface.

Together we create a space to slow down, reconnect with your experience, and build a greater awareness of what may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, and disconnection.​

Sessions are offered through a client-led, nervous system-centered approach and may naturally include embodiment practices, guided awareness, grounding exercises, Reiki, meditation, and honest, supportive conversation woven together in a way that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, constantly “on,” or simply craving space to slow down, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
