How I support You

Embodiment
Embodiment is the foundation of my work. It’s about reconnecting with your body and creating space to notice what’s present in your experience, without needing to analyze or figure anything out. Many of us spend so much time in our heads—thinking, processing, and trying to make sense of things—while feeling disconnected from what’s happening in our body. This work gently brings your awareness back to yourself. It’s a client-led, body-based approach where we slow down and begin noticing what’s present, at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. There’s no forcing, no digging, and nothing you need to figure out. Just space to notice, to be with your experience, and to begin from there. You might notice things like: feeling overwhelmed or mentally busy feeling disconnected from yourself tension or discomfort in your body difficulty slowing down or being present patterns in daily life that feel hard to shift In our work, we don’t try to change or fix these experiences. We simply bring awareness to what’s here. From that place, we create space to stay with what you’re noticing, allowing your experience to unfold in its own way and in its own time. Each session meets you exactly where you are. Nothing is forced, and nothing is expected. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and real.

Embodied Reiki Journey™
The Embodied Reiki Journey™ is a guided, body-led experience that invites you to slow down and notice what’s present. Unlike traditional meditation or passive Reiki, each session is created in the moment and guided by your experience. You’ll be gently led through a personalized meditation journey, with Reiki offered as a quiet, supportive presence alongside it. There’s nothing you need to do and nothing you need to get “right.” You don’t need experience with meditation. You don’t need to understand Reiki. You’re simply invited to settle into the experience and be with what’s there. This experience may feel like a good fit if you: • are feeling overwhelmed or mentally tired • notice difficulty slowing down • are looking for a quieter, body-led experience • prefer support without needing to talk through everything Each journey is unique and guided by what’s present in the moment.

Session Support Practices
Each session is guided by what's present in the moment. To support your experience, I may incorporate embodiment practices, grounding techniques, breath awareness, guided meditation, or the Embodied Reiki Journey™ in a way that feels supportive, and at your own pace. These aren’t rigid methods or steps to follow. They are simply tools that invite you to slow down and notice what is present in your body. Everything is client-led, and nothing is forced. We stay with what feels safe and present in the moment.
