Chronic Medical Symptoms
If you’ve been living with chronic medical symptoms—like fatigue, pain, digestive issues, migraines, or ongoing tension—with little to no answers, you’re not alone. Many people don’t realize that long-term stress, overwhelming emotion, and unresolved trauma can manifest physically in the body. When the nervous system is in a constant state of survival, the body can struggle to heal, regulate, or feel safe. That’s where this work begins. Whether you’ve received a diagnosis or have been told “everything looks normal,” your experience is real—and you deserve support that sees and honors the full picture of your healing. Some of the conditions that may benefit from this work include: ~Fibromyalgia ~Chronic fatigue ~IBS or other digestive issues ~Autoimmune flare-ups ~Chronic pain & inflammation ~Migraines & tension headaches ~Heart palpitations or Dysregulation ~Unexplained or lingering medical symptoms Through trauma-informed, nervous system-centered coaching and gentle somatic practices, I can help you: ~Understand how your body’s symptoms may be connected to stress, emotional patterns, or past experiences ~Regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s signals ~Begin releasing the emotional weight that may be contributing to your physical symptoms ~Build a sense of safety and resilience from the inside out This is a space for exploration, not diagnosis. You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willingness to explore what your body might be trying to tell you. You are not broken. Your body is trying to protect you. Let's listen to it together.

Grief & Loss
Grief isn’t always loud or visible. It can come after the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a miscarriage, a major life transition, or even the quiet mourning of who you used to be. Sometimes, it’s the loss of safety, identity, time, or dreams that never came to be. Whatever your grief looks like, it’s valid. Grief can show up emotionally and physically—numbness, anxiety, fatigue, heaviness in the body, or a constant sense of disconnection. You don’t have to carry it alone. Through trauma-informed, nervous system-centered coaching and gentle somatic support, I can help you: ~Honor your loss without judgment or pressure to “move on” ~Find grounding when emotions feel overwhelming—or unreachable ~Reconnect with your body and breath at your own pace ~Begin to release what’s been stored in the body without rushing your healing This space is for your kind of grief, in your time. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, named or unnamed, visible or invisible—you are welcome here.

Everyday Emotional Wellness & Nervous System Support
This offering is for anyone navigating life’s everyday challenges—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or simply seeking support for personal growth. You don’t need to have experienced a major traumatic event to benefit from this work. Chronic stress, unprocessed emotions, and patterns of burnout can all take a toll on the body and mind over time. Through a trauma-informed and nervous system-centered approach, we’ll gently explore the root of what you’re feeling, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and support emotional regulation. This is a space to be curious, to heal, and to deepen your relationship with yourself—no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re facing a transition, feeling stuck, or simply want to better understand your emotions and reactions, this work is designed to meet you with compassion, presence, and practical support.

Educators & Support Specialists
As a teacher, school staff member, or caregiver supporting children with unique needs, you hold so much—every day. You're not only guiding learning and development, but also navigating emotional, behavioral, and often deeply personal challenges alongside your students and families. This work can be deeply fulfilling and deeply draining. Over time, the stress, emotional labor, and secondary trauma you carry can begin to take a toll on your nervous system and well-being—especially if you haven’t had space to process it. Whether you're working in a classroom, special education, behavioral support, or caregiving role, you're not alone—and you don’t have to keep holding it all by yourself. This space is for you. Through trauma-informed, nervous system-centered support, you’ll be guided to: ~Recognize and regulate the effects of chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and emotional burnout ~Understand how working with dysregulated or traumatized individuals impacts your own nervous system ~Release what you’ve been carrying, without guilt ~Reconnect with your body, breath, and inner resources This is a space to receive care instead of always giving it. You deserve to feel supported, grounded, and well—because your well-being matters, too.

Medical Professionals
Those in the medical field are trained to care for others—but rarely given the same space to process their own emotions, stress, or trauma. Whether you’re working in direct patient care, administration, or support roles, the emotional and physical toll of your work is real. Chronic stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma can build up in the body over time, even when you're doing work you love. You deserve support, too. What many don’t realize is that being repeatedly exposed to others’ medical conditions, diagnoses, and crises can dysregulate your nervous system. Over time, your body may begin to carry that weight—through tension, anxiety, emotional numbness, or physical symptoms. This work is designed to help you: ~Recognize and regulate stress responses that may have become “normal” ~Address burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelming emotions ~Process the emotional impact of caregiving, decision fatigue, and exposure to crisis ~Reconnect with your body and inner world in a safe, grounded way This is a space to finally be held—not for what you do, but for who you are underneath the role. You don’t have to keep pushing through. Support is here when you’re ready.

First Responders & Their Families
Holding steady for the ones who hold it all together. As a first responder—or someone who loves one—you carry an immense weight. The constant exposure to high-stress situations, trauma, and pressure to stay composed can leave lasting imprints on your nervous system, often without you even realizing it. Over time, this can lead to emotional numbing, anxiety, sleep issues, chronic tension, disconnection from loved ones, and physical symptoms that don’t seem to have a clear cause. I offer a trauma-informed, nervous system-centered approach designed specifically for first responders and their families. Together, we focus on: ~Regulating the nervous system after prolonged exposure to stress and trauma ~Releasing stored emotional patterns that may manifest as anxiety, irritability, or emotional shutdown ~Restoring connection to your body, breath, and personal well-being ~Rebuilding emotional resilience without needing to rehash every detail of what you’ve been through ~Supporting family members, who often carry secondary trauma and feel unseen in their own stress Whether you're actively serving, retired, or navigating the challenges of being a loved one to someone in service, you deserve space to heal, be heard, and reconnect with yourself. You’ve spent your life supporting others—it’s okay to let someone support you.
